1. Returns
For online purchases, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without having to provide a reason. You must let us know that you wish to cancel within this period.
After notifying us, the item should normally be returned within a further 14 days.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To help us process your return, please ensure that:
- The hijab is unworn and unused
- It is in its original condition
- It has not been washed, damaged or altered
- Original tags and packaging are included where applicable
You may handle and inspect an item as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Excessive handling that causes a reduction in value may affect the refund.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item when exercising the right to cancel.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund.
Where applicable, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are generally due within 14 days of cancellation, subject to the applicable rules regarding receipt of the returned goods.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Under Irish consumer law, faulty or non-conforming goods have additional protections, including a short-term right to cancel in certain circumstances within 30 days.
6. Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right where the relevant legal exception applies. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
